Rachel Watts Joins Mea Platform Leadership
Rachel Watts has joined mea Platform as Chief Operations Officer, bringing more than two decades of leadership in [re]insurance and financial services operations.
A spokesperson said, “mea Platform, the AI product company transforming [re]insurance operations, today announced that Rachel Watts has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. With more than two decades of client implementation experience spanning [re]insurance and financial services, Watts brings proven expertise in outstanding execution and driving global implementation efficiencies.
“Watts most recently held a senior position at Markel, where she shaped IT operations strategy and directed global technology teams and client delivery. She previously held senior roles at Pacific Life Re, where she was VP of Global Operations and Head of Actuarial Systems, leading transformation initiatives across multiple geographies. Prior to that, Watts was Global Head of Service Management at XL Catlin, leading the global operations integration during the merger with AXA, and continued in this role at AXA XL with responsibility for worldwide IT operations, service design, business continuity, and stakeholder engagement.
