While they were not signed at that time, they have clearly remained on the company’s radar. After the tryout, the duo signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2023. They were primarily featured on Ring of Honor programming and were briefly associated with WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Their profiles were removed from the official AEW roster page in May of this year, signaling their departure from the company.More news: WWE Superstar Announces Retirement MatchA Cult-Like Wrestling FactionThe Righteous were first formed in Ring of Honor prior to Tony Khan purchasing the promotion. The group, which often included other members, had a dark, cult-like persona, with Vincent as the charismatic, manipulative leader. During their time in ROH, they held the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team titles. The duo’s bizarre and captivating characters would be a unique addition to the WWE’s tag team division, particularly on the NXT brand, which has a history of embracing more theatrical and character-driven acts. With the pair previously having a WWE tryout in late 2022 that was unsuccessful, the pair may finally arrive in the company three years later.More WWE News:
