LEGAL NOTICE A special meeting of the Board of Directors of Nebraska Public Power District will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 8-9, 2025, at the Lied Lodge at Arbor Day Farm, 2700 Sylvan Rd, Nebraska City, NE, for the purpose of discussing business matters related to strategic planning. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, and will continue on Thursday, October 9, beginning at 7:45 a.m. Due to discussion of competitive and proprietary business matters, contract negotiations, personnel matters, and to receive legal advice, it is likely that portions of the meeting will be held in Executive Session.
