Scooter Braun has introduced Sydney Sweeney to a new world as their romance continues to heat up.
“They are dating and it has become more serious. Still not putting a label on it, but Sydney has been having a lot of fun with Scooter,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “It has been low-pressure for both of them and has been a different relationship for Sydney. Scooter has introduced her to new perspectives, especially when it comes to business.”
The insider adds that Braun, 44, has “opened [Sweeney’s] eyes to opportunities and ways of thinking she hadn’t considered before.”
“Sydney has been soaking up the knowledge he brings from working across so many different sectors and industries, and she truly admires the level of experience and insight he has. Beyond the business side, she respects his drive and ambition, which has inspired her in her own life,’ the source notes.
Though Braun and Sweeney, 28, have been “keeping things light and fun,” they have also “been consistently seeing each other the last two months,” the insider says.
The source concludes, “Scooter admires Sydney’s playful and easygoing nature and the way she brings a sense of fun into his often high-pressure world.”
Us reached out to reps for Braun and Sweeney for comment.
Braun and Sweeney were first spotted together in June when they both attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding in Venice, Italy. The two were photographed walking around the city together one day before the nuptials took place.
Fast-forward to late last month, when Deuxmoi obtained photos of the record executive and Euphoria actress having a romantic meal at Italian restaurant Jon & Vinny’s in Brentwood, California, on September 25. Days later, on Tuesday, September 30, they were seen holding hands while leaving an art gallery with friends in Los Angeles.
A source exclusively told Us in early September that Sweeney is “not exclusively dating anyone right now but is having fun with Scooter.”
The insider added, “[Sweeney] is dating around and in her single era without having any pressure.”
Meanwhile, the source also noted that Braun is “very into” Sweeney and “has been trying to see her in between her work commitments.”
Sweeney’s romance with Braun comes six months after Us exclusively reported that the Christy star had ended her engagement to Jonathan Davino after seven years together.
“Sydney and Jonathan are officially split … [She is] telling friends she is single,” a source told Us at the time.
Sweeney and Davino, 42, collaborated to produce the actress’ 2024 horror blockbuster, Immaculate, prior to their split.
Before being linked to Braun, Sweeney was seen hugging Machine Gun Kelly, who split from ex-fiancée Megan Fox in May, at a club opening in Las Vegas. However, Kelly, 35, seemingly shut down dating rumors during an August appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
“Shut up, dude,” the rapper playfully responded when host Andy Cohen asked about the speculation.
Meanwhile, Braun finalized his divorce from ex-wife Yael Cohen in 2022. The former spouses, who were married for seven years, share kids Jagger, 9, Levi, 7, and Hart, 5.
Braun was previously linked to actress Rachelle Goulding in 2024.
