LIVINGSTON PARISH FAIR: Fair Grounds, U.S. 190, Livingston. Opening activities on Saturday include the 10 a.m. parade and 12:45 p.m. pageants. The fair reopens on Tuesday with Family Night, the opening of the Mitchell Brothers Carnival and the 6th Grade Spelling Bee. Livestock show and judging, talent show, rodeo, additional pageants and more fill out the remainder of festival days.
