Nissan Motor India recorded consolidated sales of 10,500 units in September 2025, reflecting a 9.3% year-on-year growth over the same period last year. Domestic wholesale sales for the month stood at 1,652 units, while exports reached 8,872 units, including a record 1,120 units to South Asia, marking the highest-ever sales in this region for Nissan. The sales momentum was significantly supported by the Government of India’s revised GST slabs, said the auto major in a press release. Nissan extended the full GST advantage to customers, with prices reduced by up to Rs 1 lakh on the New Magnite. The GST adjustment coincided with the Navratri festive season, fueling a surge in car sales across the industry. “The company also launched the first of its kind 10-year warranty for the New Nissan Magnite in the segment, which drove the sales for September.””September was an exciting month for Nissan Motor India. The GNCAP 5-Star rated New Nissan Magnite with a segment-first 10-year Extended Warranty continues to resonate strongly with our customers, and the recent GST-driven price benefit helped accelerate deliveries. We would like to thank our customers for an over-whelming response to the recently introduced Kuro Special Edition and the exciting new Metallic Grey color brought to market on strong customer demand. Our record exports to South Asia highlight India’s growing role as a key hub for Nissan globally. With our dealership expansion now rapidly underway, we are focused on enhancing customer accessibility and delivering an exciting product portfolio, including the upcoming all-new 7-seater B-MPV, 5-seater C-SUV & 7-seater C-SUV,” said Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India. In line with its growth strategy, Nissan is expanding its dealership network, targeting 180 dealerships by the end of FY 2025-26 and 250 by the end of FY 2026-27.Add as a Reliable and Trusted News Source Add Now!
