National teams announced for the 2025 Les Schwab Invitational basketball tournament

The full lineup has not yet been announced, but the 2025 Les Schwab Invitational will include three teams that are ranked among the nation’s best ahead of the 2025-26 high school basketball season.
On Wednesday, the Les Schwab Invitational posted to social media to announce that Christopher Columbus, Sierra Canyon and Notre Dame will be tanking part in the 2025 tournament in Portland.
The 2025 Les Schwab Invitational will take place from Dec. 26-30 at Portland State University.

From Miami Christopher Columbus is ranked No. 2 in the nation by ESPN. The Explorers have won Florida state championships in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Christopher Columbus won the 2023 Les Schwab Invitational, led by twin brothers Cameron and Cayden Boozer (the sons of former NBA star Carlos Boozer). They currently have four four-star recruits, including 6-foot-6 small forward Jaxon Richardson, 6-foot-8 power forward Caleb Gaskins, 6-foot-4 shooting guard Felipe Quinones and 6-foot-4 small forward Cello Jackson.
Based in Chatsworth, California, Sierra Canyon is No. 13 in the country per ESPN. The Trailblazers are led by five-star recruit Brandon McCoy, a 6-foot-5 combo guard who is the No. 9 recruit in the nation. They also have four-star recruit Maximo Adams, a 6-foot-7 small forward.
Sierra Canyon last attended the LSI in 2022, led by Bronny James (the son of NBA Legend LeBron James), and were stunned in the semifinal by a Jackson Shelstad-led West Linn.
Out of Sherman Oaks, California, Notre Dame is the No. 17 team in the country per ESPN.
The Knights are led by Tyran Stokes, a 6-foot-7 small forward who is the No. 1 recruit in the nation.
The Oregon teams have not yet been announced for the LSI, but the field usually includes a mix of teams from around the state.
