As the Chief Operating Officer and President of Local Media, Weisbord attended the 33rd annual Broadcasting+Cable Hall of Fame gala at New York’s Ziegfeld Ballroom with fellow inductees for the class of 2025 Tuesday night.
“I am deeply honored to be inducted into the Broadcasting+Cable Hall of Fame, especially in the company of such distinguished industry leaders.” Weisbord said.
“This recognition reflects not only my personal journey but, more importantly, the incredible work of the exceptional teams I’ve been fortunate to lead at Sinclair.”
Weisbord joined Sinclair, Inc. in 1997 and rose through the ranks while playing a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company.
He now oversees local broadcast operations and revenue for all Sinclair divisions, focusing on advanced revenue solutions and analytics while exploring strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions.
