    Mato hits hat-trick in FK Vardar’s victory on the road at Arsimi | Macedonian League

    Macedonian First Football League 2025-2025:

    Arsimi 1-4 FK Vardar

    Uganda Cranes striker Rogers Kassim Mato has maintained the rich vein of form since scoring for the national team in the recent FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifiers in Kampala.

    Mato scored a hat-trick as FK Vardar humbled Arsimi 4-1 at the City Stadium in the Macedonian First Football League.

    The former Proline and KCCA player scored in the 9th, 35th and 47th minutes. Mislav Matic got the other goal for FK Vardar whilst Ramadani A scored the consolation for Arsimi.

    A week earlier FK Vardar edged Makedonija 1-0 before their own home fans at the 33,011 seater Tose Proeski National Arena.

    FK Vardar had earlier defeated Shkupi 4-2 at the Mladost stadium.

    Mato and the rest of his teammates at FK Vardar return to action on Sunday, 21st September 2025 with a home duel against Rabotnicki at the Tose Proeski National Arena in Skopje city, North Macedonia.
