A weekly look at locals playing in the NFL

Here is a look at how locals did in the NFL this week:
RB LeQuint Allen (Millville), 21, had a 7-yard reception in the Jacksonville Jaguars’ 26-21 win over the San Francisco 49ers. DT Austin Johnson (St. Augustine Prep), 31, made two tackles.
Through four games, Allen has three carries for 20 yards and three receptions for 20 yards. Johnson has three tackles. Jacksonville (3-1) will next host the Kansas City Chiefs at 8:15 p.m. on Monday Night Football.
S Markquese Bell (Bridgeton), 26, made a tackle and returned a block PAT for two points in the Dallas Cowboys’ 40-40 tie with the Green Bay Packers.
Bell has one tackle in four games for Dallas. The Cowboys (1-2-1) will next head to the New York Jets at 1 p.m. Sunday.
TE Mike Gesicki (Southern Regional), 29, caught one pass for 8 yards in the Cincinnati Bengals’ 28-3 loss to the Denver Broncos.
Through four games, Gesicki has six receptions for 46 yards. The Bengals (2-2) will next host the Detroit Lions at 1 p.m. Sunday.
WR Bo Melton (Cedar Creek), 26, returned two kickoffs for 60 yards in the Packers’ tie with the Cowboys.
Melton made the transition to defensive back at the start of the year but reverted back to wide receiver. He has yet to make a catch. Green Bay (2-1-1) is on a bye this week.
DB Max Melton (Cedar Creek), 23, made three tackles and defended two passes in the Arizona Cardinals’ 23-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Through four games, Melton, who is Bo’s younger brother, has 14 tackles, including 10 solo, and three passes defended. Arizona (2-2) will host the Tennessee Titans at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.
RB Isiah Pacheco (Vineland), 26, ran seven times for 35 yards in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 37-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens. He added two catches for 13 yards and a TD in the win.
Through four games, he has rushed 32 times for 127 yards, and average of 3.97 per carry. He has caught six passes for 26 yards and a score. The Chiefs (2-2) will play at the Jaguars on Monday.
