Adani Group’s gas division, Adani Total Gas, has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Parag Parikh, effective at the close of business on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. The company officially disclosed this update through a stock exchange filing on Tuesday. According to the filing, Parikh’s departure will take effect at the end of the day on Tuesday, marking the conclusion of his tenure as the company’s CFO. This information was formally communicated to stock exchanges as part of regulatory requirements. Pursuing External Professional Endeavours Adani Total Gas clarified that Parikh’s decision to resign is driven by his intent to explore new career opportunities outside the organisation. The company stated, “Due to pursuing external professional opportunities, he will relinquish his position as Chief Financial Officer of the company.” Parikh is recognised as an industry veteran, and his move reflects a shift toward fresh professional challenges. No Other Reasons Cited For Resignation In his letter addressed to the board of directors, Parikh confirmed that there are no additional factors influencing his resignation beyond the professional reasons he mentioned. He stated, “There is no other material reason for my resignation apart from the above stated reason.” This resignation marks a significant change in the leadership of Adani Total Gas and may have implications for the company’s financial strategy moving forward.
