The WM Phoenix Open just added serious energy to its entertainment lineup: John Summit, the global dance sensation, will headline the final night of the 2026 Coors Light Birds Nest on Saturday, February 7, with BUNT. opening the EDM-themed finale.
This announcement marks a shift in how the Phoenix Open is blending top-tier golf with marquee musical performances. The Coors Light Birds Nest has become a festival within the tournament, and Summit’s addition elevates the stakes for music fans and golf fans alike.
“We couldn’t be more pumped to land such a hot artist in the global dance music scene,” Jason Eisenberg, WM Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman, said. “John Summit is one of the hottest names around on the music scene, his show will bring a charismatic, high-octane atmosphere to cap off this year’s music festival.”
Who Is John Summit
Summit, based in Miami and born in Chicago, is no small act. He’s a DJ, producer, and label owner whose catalog has stacked up billions of streams globally. His résumé includes two No. 1 U.S. dance radio hits and multiple entries on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs charts.
He has sold out major venues: Madison Square Garden in under two hours, multiple nights at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, and headlined large stadiums. In 2025, he held a prestigious Ibiza residency and currently headlines London’s O2 Arena.
For the Phoenix Open, this means pulling in a crossover crowd: golf observers, music festival-goers, local and national fans looking for a spectacle beyond tees and greens.
Performers All Week
The Coors Light Birds Nest lineup for 2026 is shaping up to be a musical journey across genres–and while most nights are now announced, Friday, Feb. 6, remains unconfirmed.
Wednesday, Feb. 4: The concert series opens with Bailey Zimmerman supported by Chase Matthew.
Thursday, Feb. 5: Headliner Zach Top, with ERNEST as special guest, brings a country flair.
Friday, Feb. 6: No artist has yet been announced.
Saturday, Feb. 7: John Summit will close out the four-night series, with BUNT. opening the EDM-themed finale.
Because Friday’s headliner remains under wraps, that night might become one of the biggest conversation points among fans–will it tilt country, pop, EDM, or surprise everyone?
Either way, these acts map a music arc from country roots to high-energy dance, giving Birds Nest attendees multiple flavors of nightlife across the week.
