One of the top clubs in Europe looks to start off with back-to-back wins on Tuesday, as Bayern Munich faces off with Pafos in the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League.
The UEFA Champions League, formerly known as the European Cup, is a time-honored tournament where the best teams across the continent come together to determine who the best club in Europe is.

Bayern Munich is back in the Champions League after claiming the top spot in the Bundesliga for the 12th time in the last 13 seasons. While the dominant German club is seeking another domestic trophy, they are hoping they can make another deep run in the UCL.
Bayern started off with a strong effort on home soil in their first league phase match of the season, trouncing English Premier League power Chelsea, 3-1, thanks to two goals from star striker Harry Kane.
Pafos had to earn its way into the Champions League for the first time in club history, having started from the second play-off qualifying round. Yet, the club from Cyprus persevered and started its league phase with a draw against Greek side Olympiacos in September.
