The company said its machine-learning system flags and blocks bookings that pose potential party risks based on factors such as reservation length, property type, distance from the guest’s home, and last-minute timing.Airbnb released a statement on Sunday stating it has banned all 'unauthorized and disruptive gatherings' and has suspended the listing involved, along with the account of the renter.
