Mountain Cider Co. is a small business in Vermont that's been making a 100% pure apple cider concentrate for over 30 years. Promising review: "This cider concentrate is delicious and easy to mix. I follow the instructions of one ounce of concentrate to seven ounces of water. I use my measuring cup to measure and cold bottled water from my fridge. I prefer it cold, but I’m certain it would be delicious hot. I ordered the smaller bottle, but am thinking of ordering the larger bottle and an ounce pump to make larger quantities. The spices are perfectly blended and do not overwhelm the apple flavor. I can barely tell this is spiced apple cider. I wish I could give it more than five stars.
