PGA Tour is in Mexico this weekend for the 2025 World Wide Technology Championship. The The sixth event of the 2025 FedExCup Fall Series will tee off at the Tiger Woods-designed El Cardonal at Diamante in Los Cabos on Thursday, November 6. The event will see a stacked 120-player field headlined by PGA Tour stars including latest Tour champion Michael Brennan.Michael Brennan, who won the Bank of Utah Championship in Ivins in his professional debut, will tee up alongside 28 other Tour winners from the past two seasons including the likes of Rafael Campos, Nick Dunlap, Ben Griffin and Emiliano Grillo. Despite the strong field, South Africa’s Garrick Higgo has come out to top the PGA Tour’s power rankings for the latest edition of the World Wide Technology Championship.For the unversed, the South African golfer won the Corales Puntacana Championship earlier this season. However, he fell off following the triumph, missing cuts in three out of seven outings. The 26-year-old found form again at the Procore Championship, where he finished T7. He followed it up with a solo second place finish at Sanderson Farms Championship and a T4 at the Baycurrent Classic. Higgo is among the favorites to clinch victory at the $6,000,000 event.America’s Pierceson Coody trials the leader in the power rankings. Coming off of a T3 at the Bank of Utah Championship, the 25-year-old will be eyeing to register his maiden PGA Tour win this weekend. It is pertinent to note that he had secured his 2026 PGA Tour card via the Korn Ferry Tour and is in the FedExCup safe zone.Rico Hoey completes the power rankings’ top three after locking up his 2026 Tour card with a runner-up finish at the Bank of Utah Championship.
