188 subdivision properties located in Tanza, Cavite for sale via public e-bidding on October 15-16

The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) will sell 188 subdivision properties located in Tanza, Cavite, through electronic public bidding (e-bidding). Online bids will be accepted through the PDIC e-bidding portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph, starting at 9:00 AM on October 15, 2025 until 12:00 PM on October 16, 2025. Bids submitted will be opened at 1:00 PM on October 16, 2025.
To be sold on an as-is-where-is basis are acquired properties of PDIC consisting of 188 subdivision lots, three (3) of which are with improvements, located in Grandiosa Carissa Homes Subdivision, Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite. Lot sizes of these subdivision properties range from fifty-six (56) square meters to 149 square meters.
Prospective buyers can join the e-bidding through a one-time registration on the portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph/Account/Register. They may also access the portal by clicking the “Assets for Sale” icon in the PDIC website’s homepage at www.pdic.gov.ph. Once registered, buyers may proceed to submit their bids online.
Interested buyers are encouraged to visit the catalog of properties in the e-bidding portal, where the complete list and description of the properties, requirements, e-bidding process, and conditions of bid are posted. Prospective bidders are enjoined to conduct their due diligence on the properties, i.e., determine the actual condition, status, ownership, and other circumstances of the properties they wish to acquire. Likewise, the PDIC reminds interested parties to read carefully the Conditions of Bid posted at the PDIC e-bidding portal.
Participants bidding on behalf of another individual or an organization can also download for free the Pro-forma Special Power of Attorney and Secretary’s Certificate, respectively, from the e-bidding portal at https://assetsforsale.pdic.gov.ph.
Revenues from the sale of corporate properties are added to the Deposit Insurance Fund, PDIC’s funding source for valid deposit insurance claims.
