Gaza, September 27 (QNA) – Twelve Palestinians were martyred and others injured on Saturday by Israeli occupation gunfire and airstrikes in Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that an Israeli occupation drone targeted a vehicle near the Asdaa area in Khan Younis, south of the Strip, killing four people. Meanwhile, two more were pronounced dead at Nasser Medical Complex in the city after being shot while seeking aid from Israeli occupation forces.
Five Palestinians were martyred by an Israeli occupation drone strike targeting displaced persons at Al-Abbas Junction, west of Gaza City, while one more was killed and others injured in an airstrike on Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city.
Earlier on Saturday, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced that the ongoing Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023, has so far claimed 65,926 lives and left 167,783 injured. (QNA)
