The other day, I published a lengthy academic study showing that Americans have shorter lives, and are less healthy in general than populations in other developed countries. Now another study has just been published showing that research data has redefined obesity. It turns out that Americans, under the new research data, have gone from 42.9% to 68.6% obesity. That’s essentially seven out of 10 people, including many children. I have noticed this for a long time, but didn’t have any data other than personal observation. If you travel overseas, it is easy to identify Americans because of how obese they are, compared with the local population. Research suggests obesity is the result of not doing enough exercise and eating too much of a poor diet. Too much fat, too much mammal meat, too much fried food, and too much processed toxin-filled food. I urge you to assess your own life patterns, and the patterns of your family and adjust accordingly.
