‘Fire!’: Susan Boyle stuns with glamourous new look

Susan Boyle has stepped out sporting a glamourous new look, leaving fans amazed at just how different she now looks. The Scottish songbird, 64, recently hit the red carpet at the Pride of Britain Awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, and her new look was worlds away from her Britain’s Got Talent days. Looking every bit the glamourpuss, the former reality star donned a black and white printed long-sleeved dress paired with a black faux-fur shawl and pearls. And she felt like a stunner too, taking to social media to share some snaps of the event. “What a wonderful evening at the Pride of Britain Awards! It was such an honour to celebrate so many truly inspiring people. Everyone looked absolutely fabulous, and it was lovely to catch up with some familiar faces, including the brilliant Anne Hegerty (I’m a huge fan of The Chase)!” she shared online. “A night full of pride, joy and admiration for some incredible heroes.” While many fans hit the comments section to say just how great Susan looked, it was her new, blonde bob complete with fresh bangs that had fans doing a doubl -take. “You look beautiful Susan. I [love] ️your hair it really suits you,” one fan commented. “Miss, your bob is FIRE,” another wrote. And another fan agreed: “My type of diva.” Susan’s previous posts on social media have shown off a gradual change in her appearance, opting for a shorter, straight ‘do before moving on to the much lighter blonde look that people have been recently loving. Susan stole hearts around the globe back in 2009 when she rose to fame following a breathtaking performance of Les Miserables’ I Dreamed A Dream on UK reality show Britain’s Got Talent. She went on to sell 25 million records and has remained the ultimate example of why no one should ever judge a book by it’s cover. Susan was diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome, a high-functioning form of autism, in 2013 and has remained candid about her struggles with depression in the past, admitting her personal hurdles will never prevent her from doing what she loves in the spotlight. “It will not make any difference to my life,” she told The Guardian. “It’s just a condition that I have to live with and work through.” Her health became an issue once again in 2022 when she suffered a stroke, but it didn’t take long before she was back performing on stage. In May 2025, she returned to the studio for the first time since 2019 and shared how thrilled she was to bring new music to her fans. “Today was wonderful, emotional, and everything in between,” she shared on social media at the time. “I made my return to the recording studio for the first time in six years, something I was told I might never achieve again. But here we are, in my happy place! I want to thank my manager, Geraldine, for being my absolute rock through everything and for helping me get back to where I belong. A million thanks.”
