សន្និសីទស្រូវអង្ករពិភពលោកអន្តរជាតិ (IWRC) ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ត្រូវបានបើកដំណើរការនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញកាលពីព្រឹកមិញនេះ ដែលជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏ធំមួយសម្រាប់ឧស្សាហកម្មស្រូវអង្ករសកលលោក។ ពិធីបើកដំណើរការនេះត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដោយ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ចិន្តាសោភា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយលោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឯកឧត្តម ដេរិក យីប ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតអូស្ត្រាលីប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ សន្និសីទរយៈពេល ៣ ថ្ងៃនេះ ផ្ដល់វេទិកាមួយសម្រាប់ពិភាក្សាអំពីទស្សនវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការផលិតស្រូវអង្ករ រួមទាំងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរថ្មីៗនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារស្រូវអង្ករសកល ផលប៉ះពាល់ពីការរំខានក្នុងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងគោលនយោបាយនានា ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់វិស័យស្រូវអង្ករឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ។ លើសពីនេះ វេទិកានេះនឹងផ្តល់ឱកាសពិភាក្សាអំពីបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកសិកម្ម និងវិធីសាស្ត្រឆ្ពោះទៅរកនិរន្តរភាពផងដែរ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកផលិតអង្ករ អ្នកជំនួញ និងអ្នកជំនាញស្រូវអង្ករកំពូលៗ មកពីជុំវិញពិភពលោក ហើយក៏នឹងមានការប្រគល់ពានរង្វាន់ “អង្ករល្អដាច់គេពិភពលោក” ផងដែរ។ រង្វាន់នេះ កម្ពុជាធ្លាប់ឈ្នះ រួចមកហើយចំនួន ៦ ដង សម្រាប់ពូជអង្ករ «ម្លិះអង្គរ»។ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «មួយក្នុងចំណោមគោលដៅសំខាន់ៗរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម គឺជំរុញការនាំចេញអង្ករកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន ជាពិសេសអង្ករក្រអូបប្រណិតដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រ និងការទទួលស្គាល់នៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ដូចជាអង្ករផ្ការំដួល និងអង្ករសែនក្រអូប។ ការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងនេះ ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសកម្មភាពផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កិត្តិនាមអង្ករកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំទូលំទូលាយទាំងក្នុងតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ក្នុងនាមជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះសម្របសម្រួលសន្និសីទអន្តរជាតិស្តីពីស្រូវអង្ករពិភពលោក ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សរបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យឃើញពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការផ្គត់ផ្គង់អង្ករដែលមានគុណភាពល្អ សុវត្ថិភាព ពោរពេញទៅដោយអាហារូបត្ថម្ភ និងប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ កម្ពុជានឹងបន្តរួមចំណែកគាំទ្រការធានាសន្តិសុខស្បៀងសកល និងលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាពអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទូទាំងពិភពលោកអោយកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។» ឯកឧត្តម ដេរិក យីប ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតអូស្ត្រាលីបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «អូស្ត្រាលីបានគាំទ្រដល់វិស័យស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា អស់រយៈពេលជាង ៣០ ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងធុរកិច្ចកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា អូស្ត្រាលីកំពុងជួយកម្ពុជាលើការបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពកែច្នៃក្នុងស្រុក បើកទីផ្សារនាំចេញថ្មីៗ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តផលិតកម្មប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងភាពធន់ទៅនឹងបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ។ អូស្ត្រាលីរីករាយក្នុងការគាំទ្រ សន្និសីទស្រូវអង្ករពិភពលោកអន្តរជាតិ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ នេះ និង បន្តកិច្ចសហការជាមួយកម្ពុជា ខណៈដែលកម្ពុជាកំពុងបន្តកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងជំរុញឱ្យមានការទទួលស្គាល់ និងកេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះអង្កររបស់ខ្លួននៅលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ»។ លោក Jeremy Zwinger ប្រធាន និងនាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃ The Rice Trader (TRT) និងជាអ្នករៀបចំសន្និសីទស្រូវអង្ករពិភពលោក បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ «យើងមានជំនឿយ៉ាងមុតមាំលើភាពធន់ និងអនាគតដ៏ភ្លឺស្វាងរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ដោយស្រូវអង្ករបានដើរតួនាទីសំខាន់សម្រាប់អនាគតនេះ។ យើងពិតជាមានកិត្តិយស និងការគោរពយ៉ាងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ដែលបានរៀបចំសន្និសីទនេះដោយសហការជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា»។ ឧកញ៉ា ឡាយ ឈុនហួ ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ « IWRC25 គឺជាវេទិកាដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់វិស័យស្រូវអង្ករ ដោយផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់បានជួបជុំគ្នា ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងទទួលបានចំណេះដឹងអំពីនិន្នាការប្រែប្រួលនៃវិស័យស្រូវអង្ករក្នុងតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍពូជស្រូវ។ សន្និសីទឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ នៅកម្ពុជានឹងផ្ដល់ឱកាសដល់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្នាក្នុងការស្វែងយល់អំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យស្រូវអង្ករនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមរបស់កម្ពុជាផងដែរ»។ សន្និសីទឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំដោយ TRT និងសហការរៀបចំដោយ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ជាមួយនឹងការគាំទ្រពីអូស្ត្រាលីតាមរយៈកម្មវិធី ភាពជាដៃគូអូស្ត្រាលីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ (CAPRED) និងសហព័ន្ធស្រូវអង្ករកម្ពុជា។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះរំពឹងថា នឹងទាក់ទាញអ្នកចូលរួមជាង ៥០០ នាក់ រួមមាន អ្នកផលិតកែច្នៃស្រូវអង្ករ ក្រុមហ៊ុននាំចេញ អ្នកស្រាវជ្រាវ អ្នកធ្វើគោលនយោបាយ និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃស្រូវអង្ករ។ សន្និសីទនេះមានស្តង់ពិព័រណ៍ចំនួន ១៨ ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន និងធុរកិច្ចកសិកម្ម បានដាក់តាំងបង្ហាញនូវផលិតផល សេវាកម្ម និងការច្នៃប្រឌិតជាច្រើនប្រភេទ ចាប់ពីពូជអង្ករគុណភាពខ្ពស់ រហូតដល់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើប។ ពិព័រណ៍នេះ ផ្ដល់ឱកាសពិសេសសម្រាប់អ្នកចូលរួម ក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងដោយផ្ទាល់ជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលៗផ្នែកឧស្សាហកម្ម ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីដំណោះស្រាយសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារ និងជំរុញភាពជាដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្មថ្មីៗ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះក៏ទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីក្រុមហ៊ុនដូចខាងក្រោម៖ Golden Orient Ship Management and Agencies Inc, St 25 Rice, City Rice Import Export Co. The opening session was presided over by H.E. Sok Chenda Sophea Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia along with H.E. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and H.E. Derek Yip, Australian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The three-day conference provides a forum to discuss the outlook for rice trade and production, including recent shifts in the global rice market, the impact of trade disruptions and policies to support a stronger rice sector. There will also be opportunities to discuss agricultural technologies and approaches to sustainability. The event brings together major rice producers, traders and experts from around the world, and will include the presentation of the World’s Best Rice award – an award that Cambodia has won six times previously for its Malys Angkor variety. Minister of Commerce H.E. Cham Nimul, stated: “A key goal of the Ministry of Commerce is to boost Cambodian rice exports, particularly the acclaimed premium Phka Romdoul and Sen Kra Oub fragrant varieties, via diverse trade and promotional initiatives. This aims to increase global recognition and build robust branding in regional and international arenas. By hosting the 2025 International World Rice Conference in Cambodia, we demonstrate our dedication to supplying sustainable, nutritious rice worldwide, while supporting global food security and consumer well-being.” Australian Ambassador H.E. Derek Yip said, ‘Australia has supported Cambodia’s rice sector for more than 30 years. Working with the government and Cambodian agri-businesses, Australia is helping Cambodia to boost local processing capacity, open new export markets and promote sustainable, climate-resilient production practices. Australia is pleased to support IWRC 2025 and to work with Cambodia as it builds the recognition and reputation of its rice on the world stage.’ Mr Jeremy Zwinger, President and CEO of The Rice Trader (TRT) and organiser of the World Rice Conference, said, ‘We have a strong belief in the resilience and bright future of the Cambodian people, with rice playing a vital role in that future. The event is expected to attract over 500 participants, including producers, exporters, researchers, policymakers and development partners from across the rice value chain. The conference features 18 exhibition booths where private companies and agribusinesses showcase a wide range of products, services and innovations – from high-quality rice varieties to cutting-edge technologies. The exhibition offers a unique opportunity for participants to engage directly with industry leaders, explore market-ready solutions, and foster new partnerships.
