Zohran Mamdani has been elected as the first Muslim mayor of New York City. Many Bollywood and Hollywood stars have taken to social media to celebrate this achievement. Joining the list of celebs is actor and musician Namit Das, known for films such as Wake Up Sid, Ghanchakkar, and Ankhon Dekhi, who shared a series of throwback photos from when the two rehearsed for a musical together in 2017.
