Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy, on Broad Way, Shelfield, is a school that many living around the Walsall borough will know and love. 'Ready, Respectful, Responsible - Day in, Day out' Mr Michael Riley, Principal at Shelfield Community Academy, leads students to be active and involved members of the community, encouraging students to not only be proud of their school, but also proud of their community too. Mr Riley said: "The academy’s values are simple yet powerful: Ready, Respectful, Responsible. "These principles shape the behaviour and culture of academy life. They are not just expectations, but a shared language of pride and purpose, echoed in the school’s guiding motto, 'Ready, Respectful and Responsible - Day In, Day Out.
