The store, located on the Beacon Business Park, opened on Monday morning (November 3) and is the newest of Toolstation’s 580-plus sites in the UK. Six new positions have been created at the new store to make up a dedicated, on hand team to help customers with expert advice and reliable service seven days a week. Local trade and DIY customers will gain access to more than 25,000 trade-quality products from leading brands, including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Wessex, Kärcher, Leyland, Flume and more, helping them conquer any job. Toolstation’s multi-channel service means local customers can order on the Toolstation website or App and Click & Collect from the store within five minutes of ordering to help provide tradespeople, DIYers and homebuilders with convenient access to tools and more to tackle any job through the simple click of a button. Store manager Chris Hall said: “We're excited to open our doors in Stafford and become an essential part of the community. "Our team is here to deliver exceptional service, expert advice, and top-quality products, helping everyone from professional tradespeople to DIY enthusiasts. "We look forward to supporting their projects and becoming a trusted partner for all their needs.” The new store, located at Unit 4, Northampton Court, Beacon Business Park, Beacon Way, Stafford ST18 0DG, is open seven days a week from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 4pm on Sundays. Local tradespeople who join the Toolstation Club will also be able to save five per cent off all orders throughout the first month of their membership, with no restrictions on basket size or price. Upon completion of the first month, customers who spend £75 or more each month afterwards will continue to enjoy the five per cent discount as well as being eligible for future prize draws, product deals, discounts and competitions throughout the year. Club members can upgrade to the Toolstation Trade Club by spending £150 or more each month, which will provide them with free next business day delivery and exclusive trade-specific offers and rewards in addition to existing club benefits, while customers who currently hold a trade credit account will gain immediate access to all club and trade club benefits and will also be able to continue to enjoy the existing benefit of 60 days interest-free credit with no minimum spend.
