He praised the airport staff for their promptness and smart use of the latest technology to locate it. The passenger shared his story in a post on X, formerly Twitter, which received a flood of positive comments. Jaskaran, the software engineer whose bag was lost, said he realised that his stuff was missing only hours before checking in. “forgot my backpack on a kia shuttle bus to bangalore airport and realized just before check-in. staff traced the bus number using my upi transaction and got my bag back. love how this tech city solves everything. huge thanks to mr. ravi for the help. #techcity #bangalore ,” said Jaskaran.
