A Strictly Come Dancing live shows attendee has shared the truth of filming the dancing programme, with the guest adding it's "not for the faint hearted." The hit BBC One show is finished its fifth week on Sunday (October 26), in a shock-filled show which saw actress, Amber Davies and partner, Nikita Kuzmin battle it out with footballer, Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink and partner Lauren Oakley, to dance another day. Jimmy was ultimately eliminated from the competition, with the star receiving a heartfelt send off from all those at the BBC studio. While the dancing show may appear to be all glitz and glamour, one fan has claimed it is not all as it seems. She posted footage of the night, with the woman explaining she managed to attend the recording as a guest of one of the performers. The content creator showed one snap of a host telling guests of the show they 'had to be loud,' with the woman sharing other snaps of the dancers and crew carrying out their jobs. She wrote on the video: "POV: You've been at the Strictly filming for eight hours, your bum is numb, your body aches, you're overwhelmed and overstimulated, the emcee keeps telling you to clap louder and you have to keep it together and act normal." Her caption added: "MY HANDS HURT AND I JUST NEED TO RUN AROUND OUTSIDE LIKE A CHILD. I CANNOT CLAP ANY LOUDER," accompanied by a crying emoji. She continued: "Honestly though the Strictly audience experience is AMAZING but defo not for the faint hearted or neurodivergent lol... it's very long." In the comment section many were left perplexed by the eight hours spent at the studio, with the influencer replying to a comment regarding the exact timings of the show. She replied: "General public sit down earlier than friends and family. As friends and family we sat down around 4.30pm, and didn't leave until gone midnight. I think general public sat down around 2pm?" In response to the video, many Strictly supporters were left shocked at the filming situation, with one writing: "Strictly or hostage situation." Another added: "This sounds like a nightmare ngl."
