In a shocking revelation in February this year, YouTuber Nick Yardy, real name Nicholas Hunter, sent shockwaves through the internet as the 29-year-old online sensation shared what is typically considered joyous news, but instead, it was met with widespread revulsion. So, what was the announcement that caused such a stir? Nick declared he was about to become a dad. To two kids. With a 22-year-old content creator . And her mum. Yes, you read that correctly. The YouTuber dropped the bombshell to his millions of followers that he had fathered children with both 22-year-old OnlyFans model Jade and her 44-year-old mother, Dani. As expected, the reaction was a mix of morbid curiosity and outright disgust. Even for a man known for his social media stunts, this revelation proved too much for many of his loyal fans to stomach. A barrage of 'you've got to be joking' and 'oh my god this is revolting' comments flooded Nick's social media platforms. Unfazed by the backlash, in typical Nick Yardy style, he followed up with a gender reveal video on March 8. At the 'gender reveal party', attended by what appeared to be Nick, Jade, and Dani's family and friends, the unconventional 'throuple' (three-person couple) announced they were expecting a girl and a boy, reports the Mirror . The story went viral in a flash with news organisations seizing on the scandalous tale. Then Nick pulled the most jaw-dropping move of all - he came clean. In a bombshell chat with the Daily Mail, the YouTuber admitted: "There are no babies. It's just, like, a skit. It's not actually real." He went on: "People that follow me, they're just looking for entertainment and I don't think they really [believe it]." Whilst he exposed the elaborate hoax, Nick insists on one crucial point - his romance with Jade and her mum Dani is genuine. The influencer, who boasts 3.54 million YouTube subscribers alongside 2.4 million Instagram followers and 1.2 million TikTok fans, regularly posts various sketches featuring women across his platforms. Yet the South Florida native maintains he's been romantically involved with his live-in partners, Jade and Dani, for almost two years. Nick revealed to the outlet: "They are actually mother and daughter, and our involvement with each other is real. It's just they're not actually pregnant. At least not yet." Jade works as an OnlyFans model and content creator, having built up a substantial social media presence over time. Her 'mum' Dani reportedly works as a life coach and content creator. Both ladies have refused to share their family names but keep sharing snaps of their supposed 'pregnancies' online - despite it being months since Nick spilled the beans and revealed the truth.
