Britain's most hated mum' is determined to 'wind up the neighbours' this Halloween with her extravagant £7,000 party – and insists she 'couldn't care less' if they despise her wild behaviour. Carla Bellucci, 44, has built quite a reputation for ruffling feathers, particularly during the festive season. The ex-glamour model recently admitted that she's planning on dressing her 4 year old daughter, Blu, as skin-wearing serial killer Ed Gein . And she also hit out at those who fail to splash the cash on Halloween sweets for trick or treaters. However, the controversy doesn't stop there. This Halloween, she's throwing an 'all-night' extravaganza, with a staggering £7,000 price tag that's bound to infuriate her neighbours. "They [the neighbours] won't even say hello to me anymore," Carla, from Hertfordshire, revealed to What's The Jam. "They act like I don't exist – but I've heard through the grapevine that they are always complaining about my lifestyle. "I think they're just seriously weird. I don't think I've ever seen one of them leave their homes before; it's like they only take their kids to school and that's it. "It's so sad – where's their sense of life and freedom? I personally love Halloween and I'm going all out to celebrate it." Last year, Carla's ghoulish gathering cost her £5,000. Her neighbours, who Carla claims branded her "stupid" and declared the decorations were "too much" for young children, face even greater frustration with 2025's arrangements. This year's theme centres around skeletons and cats. The bash, which she anticipates will continue until the small hours of Saturday morning, will feature fire breathers, jugglers and "sexy" women performing in fancy dress. The party will also feature rum punch and Halloween-themed nibbles, including spider-inspired burgers. She declared: "I'm going all out and will have enough candy to feed a whole village of kids. "As it's on a Friday night, I'm going even harder than usual. I want to turn my house into a nightclub. I'm inviting close friends only - and usually, they end up passed out in the cinema room. "My life is about partying and celebrating. I'm not getting any younger, so why not? If my neighbours, or parents, don't like it, then I will chase them away. "They can do one – I couldn't care less – it's my way or the highway. All the kids love to come here, as they know there are lots of sweets and fizzy pop. "My message to them: don't look and get on with your sad, miserable lives. In the meantime, I'll be partying and dancing my ass off to Thriller all night. "Forget Mariah Carey at Christmas , I'm the Mariah Carey of Halloween." Carla plans to dress as a skeleton in a skin-tight bodysuit, a choice that other mums have deemed "inappropriate" for young eyes. The mum retaliated: "I will always be a sex symbol."
