WWE boasts an extremely competitive and diverse roster, currently featuring a good blend of rising and established superstars. Despite having some of the biggest names in wrestling on its roster, WWE is struggling to come up with quality content every week.Veteran WWE writer Vince Russo recently voiced his concern about the direction of some of the promotion's biggest stars. The likes of Roman Reigns, Drew McIntyre, and Cody Rhodes are all big names in the company, but they don't have a clear direction for their storylines.Speaking on an episode of Writing with Russo on Sportskeeda WrestleBinge, Vince was asked by co-host Dr. Chris Featherstone about Roman Reigns' future. Russo stated that he has no idea what the creative team has in store for the Tribal Chief."That is a great question, bro. I have no idea. Like nobody in this company is set up. Nobody. Like, who's Roman Reigns going with? Who's Cody Rhodes going with? Who's Drew McIntyre going with? Nobody. Nobody is set up, bro. Nobody in this company is set up. So I have no idea," Russo said.Roman has been in and out of storylines this past year and has never been available for more than a few weeks at a stretch. He has been feuding with The Vision since being betrayed by Paul Heyman at WrestleMania earlier this year. However, it remains to be seen what happens with that storyline following their split from Seth Rollins.Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre are set to face each other once again at this weekend's Saturday Night's Main Event for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Given that this match wasn't planned initially, it'll be interesting to see whether this will be a one-and-done or will this feud will continue. Please credit Sportskeeda Wrestling and embed the YouTube video if you use quotes from this article.
