Mario Cristobal and the Miami Hurricanes had another disappointing game on Saturday. The No.10-ranked team suffered a humiliating 26-20 overtime loss on the road at the hands of the unranked SMU Mustangs. Running back T.J. However, Sam Keltner's 38-yard field goal leveled the playing field and took the game to overtime. Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck ended the night completing 26 of 38 passes for 274 yards and two TDs passing with two interceptions. On the other hand, Kevin Jennings recorded 365 passing yards and two total touchdowns for the Mustangs.Mario Cristobal expresses disappointment after loss against unranked SMUIn the post-game press conference, the Miami coach took responsibility for the outcome of Saturday's game."That's completely on us," Cristobal said. Cristobal and his team bounced back for a 42-7 win over Stanford before this loss to SMU.The Miami Hurricanes are next scheduled to face the Syracuse Orange next Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET
