And now, Mojang Studios are about to make horse riding experience more fun.A Minecraft player, u/Nextinor, made a post on the game’s subreddit about the recent tweak in the game that allows horses to swim with the player in the blocky world. However, for years this particular activity was a tedium for players because of multiple reasons. Firstly, saddles could only be obtained by finding loot chests and finding these items needed a lot of exploration. This made things quite frustrating.Secondly, even with saddles the terrain was very challenging to explore. Horses could fall into random holes, minecart required expensive infrastructure and even then, it was very slow.Elytra was the only good option but it was only available very late in the game. Thankfully, the addition of the happy ghast has finally changed it. It would be interesting to see what else Mojang Studios have in plans for the future of the game.
