BuzzFeed’s latest Thirst Tweets episode featuring EXO’s Kai quickly sparked controversy after viewers noticed a major mix-up. The video, released on October 28, 2025, showed the idol reading flirty fan tweets about himself. However, several of them weren’t even about him. Fans discovered that at least three of the featured tweets were actually meant for TXT’s Hueningkai. This caused widespread confusion and criticism online.The nearly 13-minute segment started normally, with the EXO member charming fans with his witty and composed reactions. Viewers initially praised his cool attitude and humor as he handled the cheeky tweets confidently. However, as more people watched, some fans pointed out that a few tweets contained references clearly matching Hueningkai’s personality and appearance, not the idol in the segment.Social media users quickly put the pieces together when they noticed the blurred profiles of TXT fan accounts behind the tweets.
